What you will do

• Oversee daily safe and efficient operations of the branch, including warehouse and transportation activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental policies and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT).
• Lead and motivate the operations team through daily meetings and clear performance expectations.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
• Support sales efforts and customer service by ensuring order fulfillment meets quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and participate in inspections from external agencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Visalia, CA
• 3-5 years of operations experience, preferably in chemical distribution.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate with, and motivate a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Understanding of governmental requirements (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT).
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
