Inventory Control Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Plan and supervise cycle count programs based on ABC classification to ensure full inventory coverage and compliance.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis using methodologies like 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto.
• Manage and approve inventory adjustments in strict alignment with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Generate inventory performance reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support Materials Management.
• Lead, train, and develop the inventory team, including analysts and cycle counters.
• Coordinate and execute the annual physical inventory process in collaboration with Finance, Production, and Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse management within manufacturing.
• Strong SAP knowledge, specifically cycle count transactions, inventory movements, and stock analysis.
• Solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal control processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate to advanced Power BI proficiency.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
