What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with business goals and capital markets priorities.
• Manage the external investment narrative across earnings materials, investor presentations, and public disclosures.
• Partner with the CEO and CFO to prepare earnings call scripts, Q&A, and analyst day materials.
• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings materials and ensure compliance with SEC regulations and Reg FD.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies.
• Monitor market intelligence and provide actionable insights on valuation trends and peer performance to the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or investor relations with public company exposure.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Must be able to work in a standard office setting in Bedford, MA.

Nice to have

• Investment banking experience covering med-tech, medical devices, or healthcare companies.
• Prior in-house IR experience at a publicly traded company.
• MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credentials.
• Experience supporting capital markets transactions (IPO, debt issuance) and M&A communications.
