Head of Investor Relations

Location: Bedford, Massachusetts, United States; standard office setting

Salary: $205,700–$307,500 annually, with potential performance-based and long-term incentives.

Global medtech and advanced manufacturing company developing engineered components and subsystems for mission-critical applications including minimally invasive surgery, robotics, and 3D metal printing.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy aligned with business goals, financial objectives, and capital markets priorities.
• Own the external investment narrative across earnings materials, investor presentations, public disclosures, and executive messaging.
• Prepare quarterly and annual earnings releases, slide decks, scripts, FAQs, investor website content, and Board materials.
• Coordinate earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and meetings with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
• Monitor investor sentiment, analyst coverage, peer performance, valuation trends, and medtech capital markets dynamics.
• Advise the CFO, CEO, Board, and executive leadership on market perception, disclosure risks, capital allocation, and M&A communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, and/or investor relations with exposure to public company dynamics.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience interacting with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Ability to work in a standard office setting in Bedford, Massachusetts, with less than 20% travel.

• Investment banking coverage of medtech, medical device, or healthcare companies.
• In-house investor relations experience at a publicly traded company.
• MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credential.
• Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, debt issuance, and M&A communications.
