Vice President, Head of Investor Relations

What you will do

• Develop and communicate the investor relations strategy, equity narrative, financial outlook, and long-term value proposition with the CFO and senior leadership.
• Lead the quarterly earnings process, including releases, investor presentations, conference call scripts, Q&A preparation, and feedback analysis.
• Build financial models, peer benchmarking tools, analyst consensus tracking, and market intelligence dashboards.
• Engage with analysts and investors through outreach, conferences, non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, and large-scale engagement events.
• Support equity and debt capital markets transactions, shareholder communications, public company disclosures, and annual reports.
• Prepare executives for investor, analyst, Board, and rating agency interactions and coordinate consistent messaging across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Communications, Marketing, and M&A.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 15 or more years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Public company investor relations experience involving earnings communications, annual reports, proxy statements, SEC reporting, and investor engagement.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, benchmarking, executive presentation, and investor communication skills.
• High discretion when handling confidential and potentially material non-public information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with artificial intelligence tools.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or another relevant advanced credential.
• Experience with earnings process management, analyst consensus tracking, shareholder targeting, or Board-level investor updates.
• Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, or similar financial research platforms.
• Exposure to SEC reporting, disclosure controls, corporate governance, or capital markets transactions.
