What you will do

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other investment community participants.
• Plan investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, site visits, and shareholder engagement activities, including briefing materials, logistics, follow-up, and relationship records.
• Manage quarterly earnings calendars, conference calls, webcasts, presentations, scripts, Q&A materials, SEC filings, and related investor communications.
• Administer IR technology and market-data platforms, including Capital Access, AlphaSense, Bloomberg, and IDX, while maintaining data quality, access controls, dashboards, and reporting.
• Monitor peer performance, analyst research, shareholder activity, valuation metrics, investor sentiment, and market developments for executive and Board-level insights.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and workflow tools for IR use cases while applying confidentiality, validation, governance, and human-review controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Development, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a related capital-markets role.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, valuation methodologies, corporate finance, investor expectations, and public-company disclosure practices.
• Advanced technical and systems skills across financial-data, research, CRM, analytics, collaboration, and content-management platforms, with experience using or quickly learning Capital Access, AlphaSense, Bloomberg, and IDX.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior executives, Board members, investors, and analysts.
• Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, discretion, judgment, and ability to operate in a fast-paced public-company environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, IR websites, news-release processes, and external disclosure workflows.
• Experience in automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or another complex global business environment.
• CFA, MBA, CPA, or another relevant advanced credential.
