Manager, Investor Relations (Finance)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, at least four days per week. Up to 10% domestic and international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

Compensation: $164,612–$201,193 per year, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Support investor engagement and execute the investor relations outreach strategy.
• Prepare investor and analyst briefings, investment thesis analyses, financial estimates, earnings materials, Q&A, and management communications.
• Analyze company performance, valuation, operating trends, sell-side consensus, analyst expectations, and macroeconomic developments.
• Track shareholders, investor sentiment, ownership changes, feedback, research, ratings, price targets, and areas of investor focus.
• Coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, earnings activities, the IR calendar, Investor Day, CES, hirify.global Open, and strategic announcements.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, Communications, Legal, and business leadership on performance analysis and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least seven years of relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise investor messaging.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong organization, judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential market-sensitive information.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

• Experience working with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Ability to serve as an AI champion for the Investor Relations function and implement AI-driven improvements to efficiency, analytics, engagement, and decision-making.
