Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States; hybrid flexibility may be available, with attendance at the Bloomfield office required for earnings call preparation and travel to investor conferences and non-deal roadshows a few times per quarter.
Salary: $177,400–$295,600 annual salary, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do
- Promote the company’s financial performance, operating results, and growth prospects to the capital markets while serving as an external financial spokesperson.
- Prepare the Chairman/CEO and CFO for quarterly earnings calls by developing messages, talking points, and Q&A responses.
- Analyze healthcare sector peers, stock performance, ownership trends, analyst views, competitor results, and valuation data.
- Develop competitive intelligence and regulatory messaging for executives, investors, analysts, and internal communication partners.
- Coordinate sell-side conferences, investor roadshows, office visits, analyst relationships, and other investor relations activities.
- Support the strategic direction, content creation, and logistics of Investor Day while explaining all of Cigna’s businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in key financial roles with a strong performance history.
- Superior financial and investment analysis, financial modeling, presentation, and written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare legislative, political, regulatory, and competitive environment.
- Ability to influence executive leadership, build internal and external relationships, and respond to high-level investor inquiries in real time.
- Ability and willingness to travel a few times per quarter and attend the Bloomfield, CT office for earnings call preparation.
