What you will do

• Own company-wide financial models for employee expenses, benefits, and stock-based compensation.
• Maintain long-range, annual, and mid-year financial models for several G&A functions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop headcount plans aligned with key company initiatives.
• Manage month-end close activities related to corporate expenses and equity accounting.
• Analyze large financial datasets from Anaplan, SAP S4, and SAP Ariba to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or an analytical field.
• 2+ years of experience building models, forecast templates, and dashboards.
• Expertise in annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, or Looker.
• Must be based in or able to work in Foster City, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in the TNC, Transportation, or mobility industries.
• Direct experience with headcount and stock-based compensation planning.
