What you will do

• Act as the Financial Business Partner for leaders of Operating Companies within the US Market.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and facilitate monthly forecast revisions.
• Monitor profitability and update pricing models to ensure financial health.
• Develop variance analysis models driven by operational metrics and KPIs.
• Track risks and opportunities, analyzing and prioritizing strategic initiatives.
• Produce monthly reporting packages and conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Proficiency in FP&A tools such as Jedox, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
• Experience working with BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Must be based in the United States to support the US Market.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex analysis for non-financial stakeholders.
