Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York City or Chicago office (Hybrid)
Salary: $107,000–$184,000/year (OTE)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to senior Revenue leaders in AMER.
- Coordinate and align the work of regional People Business Partners to ensure consistent HR support.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to drive cohesive people strategies across the Revenue organization.
- Lead talent planning, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Advise senior leadership on organizational design and team structure as the business scales.
- Drive cross-functional HR initiatives including headcount planning and change management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-time HR business partner experience in the SaaS industry.
- Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, or go-to-market organizations at scale.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
- Experience coordinating or providing informal oversight of HR teams.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid capacity in NYC or Chicago.
