Location: Must be based in the United States (Hubs in San Francisco or New York, or remote within the US).

Salary: $169,000 - $269,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Design leadership as a trusted advisor on organizational design and talent strategy.
• Support organizational scaling by evolving team structures and operating models.
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Compensation, Recruiting, and L&D to drive people initiatives.
• Use data and organizational insights to improve team health and performance.
• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with broader PDE organizational goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR/People experience, including 6+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design organizations.
• Strong background in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in using data to translate business strategy into talent strategy.
