Location: Must be based in the US
Salary: $190,000 - $220,000 OTE

What you will do
- Design and manage the full revenue enablement portfolio, including new hire bootcamps and ongoing sales skills development.
- Partner with revenue leadership and RevOps to identify skill gaps and build structured programs to improve sales performance.
- Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for individual contributors and managers.
- Develop and maintain a core sales collateral library, including playbooks, guides, and battlecards.
- Design measurement frameworks to track enablement impact on metrics like ramp time, win rates, and pipeline health.
- Manage enablement communication strategies to keep the revenue organization aligned on GTM updates and product changes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch for B2B sales organizations.
- Strong background in designing adult learning curricula and multi-track sales training programs.
- Ability to partner with revenue leadership as a peer to drive GTM strategy and performance.
- Experience with measurement frameworks and reporting on revenue-focused metrics.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content development, coaching analysis, and curriculum design.
