What you will do

  • Lead strategic engagements and detailed technical discussions with business and C-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with account executives to drive territory planning, pipeline creation, and opportunity progression.
  • Execute sales campaigns and enablement initiatives across the AI portfolio.
  • Lead customer workshops to define AI use cases, prioritization frameworks, and pilot opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, modeling best-practice sales motions and supporting complex proposals.
  • Capture customer insights to influence product, marketing, and professional services roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI-related roles.
  • Proven expertise in AI-powered customer experience and conversational AI solutions.
  • Experience in sales overlay, specialist, or subject matter expert functions.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
