TL;DR

Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager (SaaS): Leading and scaling a BDR team across EMEA and ANZ to generate high-quality pipeline for a multi-product suite with an accent on sales coaching and strategic outbound motions. Focus on developing commercial acumen, optimizing sales engagement processes, and aligning demand generation with sales execution.

Location: Hybrid (Central London, UK). Regular in-office presence is required.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a diverse team of BDRs across EMEA and ANZ to develop advanced sales acumen, including discovery and objection handling.
  • Execute the BDR strategy across multiple regions, managing territory planning, account coverage, and outreach cadences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize inbound/outbound motions and maximize pipeline conversion.
  • Establish repeatable and scalable processes, playbooks, and qualification frameworks for a multi-product portfolio.
  • Create clear career pathways for reps to progress into Account Executive or leadership roles.
  • Represent the BDR team to senior leadership and advocate for necessary tools and enablement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring BDR/SDR teams, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong track record of developing reps into closing or leadership roles via a coaching-first leadership style.
  • Deep commercial acumen with the ability to teach value-based selling.
  • Proficiency with sales tooling (CRM, sales engagement platforms) and a data-driven approach to forecasting.
  • Ability to manage and lead teams across multiple regions and time zones (EMEA and ANZ).

  • Knowledge of the EHS, quality, or sustainability software domain.
