What you will do
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of 5-7 Commercial Account Executives.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing sound pipeline generation practices.
- Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee day-to-day AE activities, setting clear performance goals and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Provide thoughtful feedback and coaching to develop team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a direct sales leader/manager at a technology company.
- 2+ years of experience as an AE individual contributor in Commercial/Mid-Market segments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and recruiting top talent.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
- Ability to function in a "Player/Coach" capacity.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
