TL;DR

Director of Sales (Fintech): Owning the full commercial motion and driving software bookings for debt collection software with an accent on new business acquisition and existing customer expansion. Focus on building a pipeline from scratch using AI tools and modern outreach techniques to grow the ARR of the Debtmaster EVO and portal products.

Location: Hybrid - Minimum 3 days per week in-office in Cle Elum, WA

Salary: $75,000 Base + Uncapped OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new logos and expansion.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to collection agencies and first-party creditors.
  • Deliver structured product demonstrations for Debtmaster EVO, Consumer Portal, and Client Portal.
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting for the CEO.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, demo frameworks, and the adoption of AI sales tools.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product direction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience in full-cycle sales ownership, specifically cold prospecting and outbound hunting.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales automation tools.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week in-office in Cle Elum, WA.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in debt collection, financial services, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
  • Active use of AI tools to improve sales productivity.
