Product Marketer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the London HQ; in-office attendance is required at least 3 days per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

hirify.global is a fast-growing Series A startup building a context layer for AI coding agents and a platform for AI-native software development.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s messaging framework, value propositions, and evolving category narrative.
• Develop audience-specific messaging for developers, tech leads, and enterprise buyers.
• Support go-to-market activities for new features and major product releases.
• Create launch briefs, website copy, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, and internal alignment materials.
• Equip sales with decks, objection-handling resources, and competitive insights.
• Conduct market and user research and feed structured insights into product strategy.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• End-to-end ownership of messaging and content development.
• Strong technical fluency and confidence working with engineers and technical buyers.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Availability to work from the London HQ at least 3 days per week on anchor days.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing AI/ML or developer infrastructure products.
• Exposure to product-led growth and sales-assisted motions.
• Experience helping define a new category.
