TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (SaaS): Identifying, developing, and closing B2B software sales opportunities in the SaaS and hospitality sectors with an accent on lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and client relationship building. Focus on understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Location: Hybrid role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

Identify potential B2B clients through in-person, phone, and email outreach.
Present software demonstrations, prepare quotes, address objections, and close deals.
Nurture existing leads and guide prospects through the purchase decision.
Use product knowledge to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or hospitality.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in lead generation and deal closure.
Analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making.
Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
