What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to drive high performance and accountability.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews to maximize effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor pipeline health and forecasting accuracy to ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record in SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience within payments, fintech, or related technology sectors.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is advantageous.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of fintech platforms, payments ecosystems, and accounting solutions.
