Senior Manager, Employee Engagement (AI): Leading global employee experience initiatives and culture programming with an accent on distributed team connection, wellness, and recognition. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver or Toronto with a hybrid expectation of at least two days per week in the office.
Salary: $124,000 – $186,000 CAD

What you will do
- Act as the DRI for the annual all-company conference, managing end-to-end planning and execution.
- Design and deliver recurring connection programming, including seasonal socials and wellness initiatives.
- Develop the intentional-gathering strategy for Anchor Days to foster connection and collaboration.
- Manage global recognition programs and remote employee experience initiatives to ensure consistency across regions.
- Define success metrics for all programs and track outcomes using data from platforms like Peakon.
- Lead and develop a team of program managers focused on events, recognition, and coordination.
Requirements
- Must be based in Vancouver or Toronto and able to work in a hybrid environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and owning employee engagement or culture programs in a global organization.
- Proven ability to act as a player-coach, setting strategy while remaining hands-on.
- Strong measurement mindset with the ability to tie people programs to business outcomes.
- Experience managing a team of program managers.
- Genuine AI fluency and active use of AI tools in daily workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience owning large-scale all-company events for 1,000+ employees.
- Familiarity with Peakon, Bonusly, or similar engagement platforms.
- Background in building programming that scales across multiple offices and post-acquisition entities.
