What you will do

• Build the L&D foundation, defining vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Design and deliver learning programs including technical training, leadership development, and soft skills.
• Conduct needs assessments via surveys, interviews, and data to identify skill gaps.
• Create and curate learning content like workshops, e-learning modules, and tailored resources.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to integrate programs into workflows and measure effectiveness.
• Foster continuous learning culture and partner with external vendors for enhanced offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior L&D role building and scaling functions in tech or AI environments.
• Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies like LMS.
• Bachelor’s in Education, Organizational Development or related; Master’s preferred.
• Passion for empowering teams and alignment with innovation, collaboration, integrity.
