What you will do
- Develop and execute HR and talent strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term growth.
- Serve as strategic advisor to executive team on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related risks.
- Lead and mentor HR and Talent Acquisition teams, overseeing core functions like employee relations, performance management, and total rewards.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide HR due diligence support for M&A, including assessment of talent risks, compensation, culture, and compliance.
- Oversee post-acquisition integration, change management, and ensure consistent employee experience.
- Collaborate with Central HR, Legal, and Finance to balance global programs with portfolio-specific needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level leadership of HR and Talent Acquisition functions.
- Proven experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence and integration.
- Strong business acumen to align people strategy with financial and operational goals.
- Experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS in HR, or related).
- Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or multi-entity organization.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant certification.
