TL;DR

Public Sector Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Increasing market share in Middle Enterprise accounts within the public sector with an accent on driving the full sales cycle and channel partner collaboration. Focus on identifying new opportunities in the Mid-Market segment and negotiating complex enterprise software deals.

Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA (must be based in Pennsylvania, 4 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Engage prospective and existing customers via phone, web, and in-person to introduce product value propositions.
  • Research and prospect within assigned territories to identify new Mid-Market customers.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the channel partner network to drive net-new and incremental revenue.
  • Provide critical updates, forecasting, and strategic account planning to the management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software in the Public Sector.
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise level accounts.
  • Track record of sustained success and over-achievement in sales roles.
  • Proficiency in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
