Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX
Salary: $70,600 - $102,960 (Base $70K - $85K plus bonus or commissions)

What you will do
- Prospect and close new mid-market logos through outbound efforts and channel partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Manage a portfolio of 15–20 existing strategic accounts, driving renewals with uplift and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Channel Account Managers to deliver technical proof of value and co-sell.
- Accurately forecast using Clari and maintain disciplined Salesforce hygiene across all opportunities.
- Leverage AI-driven forecasting and account intelligence tools to improve pipeline visibility and personalize outreach.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.
- Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and manage a full sales cycle.
- Strong discovery and objection-handling skills for engaging IT directors and security leaders.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered sales tools and account intelligence platforms to increase productivity.
