Salary: $300,000 — $320,000 USD (OTE)

hirify.global is a Series C startup building an AI-native platform to protect organizations from phishing, impersonation, and AI-powered threats.

What you will do

  • Drive new business with enterprise accounts generating $2.5 billion in revenue and above.
  • Manage full-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, evaluation, and closing.
  • Lead consultative conversations with senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Close six-figure deals while maintaining transparency and integrity.
  • Partner with resellers, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver customer value.
  • Share field insights to influence product roadmap, pricing, and messaging.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in enterprise SaaS or security sales.
  • Proven ability to land and expand large, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, specifically using MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
  • Experience navigating procurement and negotiating complex enterprise contracts.
  • Must be based in the Chicago area.
  • Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

  • Familiarity with enterprise security products.
