Salary: $127,000 – $165,000 base; OTE: $254,000 – $330,000

What you will do
- Own the assigned federal territory: quota, pipeline, and forecast for FSI/DIB accounts.
- Build and execute strategic account plans mapping each organization’s business, security priorities, and federal programs to value.
- Run Sell-To direct enterprise sales: protect integrators and lead multi-stakeholder, multi-month cycles through signature and deployment.
- Drive Sell-Through pull-through: identify opportunities where integrators carry into government customers via contracts, RFPs, task orders, and programs.
- Cultivate executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and business development leaders; represent credibly at the C-suite.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with solutions engineering, channel/distribution (e.g., Carahsoft), product, and marketing; maintain CRM hygiene and use a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC).
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in the DC Metro area.
- 10+ years of successful, quota-carrying sales to Federal Systems Integrators and the Defense Industrial Base with a record of attainment and large, complex wins.
- Existing C-level relationships at target accounts (CIOs, CISOs, and business development teams) including Lockheed Martin, RTX (Raytheon), Leidos, Northrop Grumman, Peraton, SAIC, and Boeing.
- Cyber and technology sales experience selling cybersecurity, identity, threat intelligence, data, or related technology solutions.
- Federal government sales experience across the FSI/DIB ecosystem (primes/subs, teaming, contracts, RFPs, task orders).
- U.S. citizenship required for Top Secret clearance eligibility (clearance required or must have been held within the past 24 months and can be quickly reactivated).
Nice to have
- Active Top Secret clearance, or Top Secret held within the past 24 months that can be quickly reactivated.
- Experience selling identity threat intelligence or SaaS-based cybersecurity into federal and DIB markets.
- Network across FSI/DIB capture, business development, and program communities.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust (NIST SP 800-207), CSF 2.0, SP 800-53, and CIS v8.
- Sales-methodology certification (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and/or advanced degree.
