Salary: $145,000–$165,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do
- Design and execute GTM programs to accelerate revenue across Microsoft, Google, and AWS ecosystems.
- Lead the Channel Integration layer of the Strategy & Convergence workstream to operationalize partner programs.
- Drive CRM hygiene, pipeline progression, and co-sell compliance across global channel partner programs.
- Engage with Hyperscaler field counterparts to drive consensus and revenue on joint motions.
- Define and track OKRs and KPIs related to partner-influenced pipeline and net new revenue.
- Champion process improvement and automation to scale partner motions across regional teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- 5–7+ years of experience in channel partner programs, GTM strategy, or alliance management.
- Deep operational knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
- Proven track record in designing co-sell programs and managing complex, matrixed workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience using AI in a practical, applied way to improve workflows or decision-making.
- Strong command of CRM pipeline management and data-driven decision-making tools like PowerBI.
