What you will do

• Design and execute GTM programs to accelerate revenue across Microsoft, Google, and AWS ecosystems.
• Lead the Channel Integration layer of the Strategy & Convergence workstream to operationalize partner programs.
• Drive CRM hygiene, pipeline progression, and co-sell compliance across global channel partner programs.
• Engage with Hyperscaler field counterparts to drive consensus and revenue on joint motions.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs related to partner-influenced pipeline and net new revenue.
• Champion process improvement and automation to scale partner motions across regional teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• 5–7+ years of experience in channel partner programs, GTM strategy, or alliance management.
• Deep operational knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
• Proven track record in designing co-sell programs and managing complex, matrixed workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience using AI in a practical, applied way to improve workflows or decision-making.
• Strong command of CRM pipeline management and data-driven decision-making tools like PowerBI.
