What you will do

• Own high-priority, undefined external-facing projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Research new domains from scratch and structure complex problems into actionable plans.
• Build and ship real products, frameworks, and business lines rather than just advising.
• Drive multi-million dollar initiatives while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate across operations, product, clinical, engineering, legal, and finance teams.
• Utilize modern AI tools daily to accelerate building and shipping processes.

Requirements

• STEM academic background required (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Biology, or Chemistry).
• 7-10 years of experience owning hard, ambiguous problems and driving them to completion.
• Proven track record of building something real from scratch (product, company, or business line).
• Strong technical foundation with experience in engineering, analytics, or similar roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to turn complex situations into actionable points of view.
