TL;DR

Director of Business Development (Adtech): Scaling the demand-side of the Axon advertising platform by acquiring and growing consumer app and web brands with an accent on consultative sales processes and strategic relationship management. Location: Must be based in Los Angeles/Santa Monica, CA

What you will do

  • Engage with CMOs and Heads of Marketing of consumer mobile apps to implement strong consultative sales processes.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within eCommerce, retail, subscription, and lead generation categories.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle and individual pipeline to maximize revenue and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply BD, Client Services, and Product teams to ensure client success.
  • Translate partner feedback into prioritized business cases to inform the product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to grow industry knowledge and network.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top performer in digital marketing sales.
  • Experience selling to Consumer App and Web brands and Agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and media buying decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Los Angeles/Santa Monica, CA.
  • English: C1 level communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS degree.
  • At least 5 years of professional sales experience working with Consumer App companies and eCommerce.
