What you will do

• Lead strategic account activity for large prospects and customers through pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Develop enterprise opportunities via prospecting and a consultative understanding of customer business needs.
• Create detailed account plans and proposals connecting hirify.global capabilities to organizational transformation goals.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, post-sales, and support teams to ensure successful product rollout and adoption.
• Generate qualified pipeline in partnership with strategic channel partners.
• Collaborate with product managers to represent the voice of the customer via the public issue tracker.

Requirements

• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in large organizations.
• Proven ability to build and manage executive-level customer relationships with high ownership.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing conversations.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Familiarity with Git, software development tools, ALM, or application security tools.
