What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of account executives to achieve net revenue and pipeline KPIs.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing mid-market clients through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies.
  • Oversee sales activity via CRM, optimizing prospecting methods and sales pitches.
  • Implement MEDDIC methodology to qualify opportunities and manage stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance departments to align commercial strategies.
  • Own and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline coverage reports.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in mid-market SaaS sales, specifically within digital trust.
  • Proven experience as a team lead managing at least 3 people.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
  • Expertise in the MEDDIC/MEDDICC sales methodology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools, CRMs, and LinkedIn.

Nice to have

  • Experience with technologies such as VideoID, OCR, and fraud prevention.
  • Advanced degrees or professional sales certifications.
