TL;DR

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $117,000 — $146,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and governance for P&T initiatives and lead delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Own program and project portfolio management, including prioritization, quarterly planning, and capacity balancing.
  • Track interdependencies, provide status updates, and manage risks across cross-functional teams.
  • Establish governance models, change management strategies, and adoption plans.
  • Develop PMO standards, templates, tooling, and coaching to build organizational PM capability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading cross-functional programs/projects, preferably in People & Talent/HR
  • Experience establishing PMO practices, governance, or portfolio management in matrixed organizations
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and influence skills without direct authority
  • Change management experience with adoption measurement
  • Comfort navigating dependencies with leadership, legal, finance, engineering, and P&T teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; strong Agile knowledge

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
