B2B Marketing Communications Manager

What you will do

• Manage the full cycle of internal and external events, including webinars, conferences, and offline events.
• Coordinate event logistics, research speakers, manage registrations, identify target audiences, and follow up after events.
• Build relationships with marketing partners, identify stakeholders, and manage B2B partnership projects and cooperative content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, E-commerce, and Development teams to launch projects on time and support the sales funnel.
• Plan weekly and monthly tasks in Notion, report results, and create content concepts and texts for marketing campaigns.
• Support proofreading, email campaigns, influencer campaigns, and cross-marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong event management and project management skills, including timeline planning, progress tracking, and delivery within scope.
• Knowledge and experience in multichannel marketing.
• Fluent or native English proficiency and the ability to proofread marketing content.
• Comfort with making quick decisions and putting plans into action.
• Interest in new technologies and fitness or health tech.
