Community Builder - UAE

Location: Dubai, UAE; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

hirify.global is a freelancer platform expanding its local community and business presence in the UAE.

What you will do

• Build and grow a high-quality local freelancer ecosystem through proactive outreach, networking, and onboarding.
• Organize and host local events, workshops, and meetups for UAE freelancers.
• Create localized newsletters, emails, and articles to strengthen community engagement.
• Work with the local Sales team to provide qualified freelancer profiles for business needs.
• Develop partnerships with Chambers of Commerce, freelance permit providers, and co-working spaces.
• Adapt global community programs for the UAE market and track activity metrics to optimize results.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Sales, project management, or a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Middle East, ideally in the UAE, with knowledge of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Experience organizing events end to end, including logistics, invitations, and execution.
• Strong relationship-building, outreach, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French and/or Arabic.
