Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE; Dubai, UAE; Europe — Remote

What you will do

• Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations across regulated markets.
• Plan and execute regional events, conferences, media engagements, and partner activations, including timelines, vendors, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Prepare partnership proposals, business cases, activation plans, and post-event performance reports.
• Coordinate deliverables with partners, agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Social, Legal, and Compliance teams to integrate campaigns and meet regulatory requirements.
• Support contract administration, budget tracking, purchase requests, press events, media opportunities, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events, PR, marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, take ownership, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with fintech, crypto, financial services, sports, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools is preferred.
