What you will do
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and evolve the Total Rewards strategy in alignment with long-term talent priorities.
- Design and articulate comprehensive Total Rewards frameworks and philosophies for global markets.
- Provide strategic counsel on compensation philosophy, pay equity frameworks, and geo-tiering strategies.
- Integrate Total Rewards strategy into critical talent programs and act as a subject matter expert for product, finance, and legal teams.
- Lead proactive risk assessments to identify emerging challenges in global rewards and drive preventative solutions.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance rewards analysis, modeling, and organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in global total rewards roles with a strong focus on strategy and business partnering.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex rewards issues.
- Deep knowledge of job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles across diverse cultures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in fast-growing, global, and -friendly organizations.
- English: Proficiency is required as it is the standardized language of the company.
