Location: hirify.global (Global). Applications from EMEA and NORAM are prioritized.

Salary: €110,550 — €124,400

What you will do

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and evolve the Total Rewards strategy in alignment with long-term talent priorities.
  • Design and articulate comprehensive Total Rewards frameworks and philosophies for global markets.
  • Provide strategic counsel on compensation philosophy, pay equity frameworks, and geo-tiering strategies.
  • Integrate Total Rewards strategy into critical talent programs and act as a subject matter expert for product, finance, and legal teams.
  • Lead proactive risk assessments to identify emerging challenges in global rewards and drive preventative solutions.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance rewards analysis, modeling, and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in global total rewards roles with a strong focus on strategy and business partnering.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex rewards issues.
  • Deep knowledge of job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles across diverse cultures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, global, and hirify.global-friendly organizations.
  • English: Proficiency is required as it is the standardized language of the company.
