What you will do

• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to provide GTM, Finance, and leadership with business visibility.
• Design systems of record and automated workflows to resolve ownership gaps across departments.
• Establish data governance foundations to ensure reliable AI-powered analysis and unified infrastructure.
• Build and deploy production AI-native workflows for signal-based routing and automated data hygiene.
• Partner with GTM teams on revenue forecasting, quota design, and pipeline health management.
• Provide data infrastructure and operational analysis for annual planning and headcount decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth company.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI-native workflows in a production environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern GTM/analytics tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Dust, Metabase).
• Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid onsite collaboration.
• Ability to think cross-functionally and navigate ambiguity with an owner mindset.
