TL;DR

Principal Product Designer (Healthcare & Life Sciences): Designing AI-driven vertical solutions for regulated industries with an accent on agentic case review and intuitive user experiences. Location: Austin (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end experience for the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical.
  • Partner with Product Managers to execute and refine the product roadmap.
  • Design complex AI workflows, such as agentic case reviews with human-in-the-loop oversight.
  • Develop high-fidelity working prototypes using a modern frontend stack and Claude Code.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and customers from the earliest stages of design.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product design owning significant product areas.
  • Proven ability to create intuitive, consumer-grade software for complex, regulated domains.
  • Ability to build prototypes in a modern frontend stack (familiarity with Claude Code).
  • Proficiency with Figma, GitHub, and Claude.ai.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and exploring unfamiliar domains.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or financial services.
  • Experience designing AI or agentic products focused on trust and governance.
  • Experience working in small, multidisciplinary teams where you wore many hats.
