TL;DR
Product & Experience Designer (Medtech): Creating intuitive, human-centered solutions for complex healthcare journeys with an accent on service design and experience strategy. Focus on translating complex clinical and business needs into usable interfaces and mapping end-to-end patient experiences.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year + equity

What you will do
- Lead design from discovery to delivery for web and mobile healthcare product initiatives.
- Translate complex user, clinical, and business needs into intuitive workflows and interaction patterns.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Map end-to-end service and product experiences to identify and resolve friction points.
- Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and operations teams to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or experience design.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create detailed artifacts including user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience solving complex, multi-stakeholder problems in fast-paced or startup-like environments.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and tradeoffs.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or other complex, regulated environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and iterative product development.
- Experience designing cohesive experiences across multiple products or platforms.
- Comfort using AI tools to support ideation and workflow efficiency.
