What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design ownership for specific product areas within the platform
• Drive user research and testing to uncover insights that inform design decisions
• Design and prototype new features from conception through production
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems
• Translate behavioral health provider needs into intuitive workflows
• Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure product consistency

Requirements

• 4+ years of product/UX design experience with proven end-to-end ownership
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process, user research, and final outcomes
• Expertise in prototyping and testing at various fidelity levels
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions to stakeholders
• English: Proficiency required for a global collaborative environment
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in behavioral or mental health
• Experience creating or maintaining design systems in Figma
• Illustration or motion design skills
