What you will do
- Research and identify potential sales opportunities for products via phone and email.
- Engage prospects by providing product information and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and discovery calls with key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and hand them off to Account Executives.
- Utilize LinkedIn and Google to discover potential clients and build comprehensive account profiles.
- Maintain and update customer accounts within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Prior experience in transactional SaaS sales, prospecting, and cold calling is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective prospect engagement.
- Ability to multitask and remain focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
