What you will do

  • Proactively research, identify, and engage target accounts and senior technology stakeholders via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and partners to assess fit and buying potential.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Directors by uncovering customer pain points and goals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through disciplined prospecting.
  • Personalize outreach using account research and industry trends to create relevant conversations.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM tools to support forecasting and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar pipeline-generation role within SaaS, technology services, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
  • Experience engaging mid-level to senior leaders in technical or product-driven organizations.
  • Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools.
