What you will do

• Act as the primary lead for clients, managing business opportunities and developing project briefs and scopes of work.
• Lead calls with clients and content experts regarding project direction and content.
• Direct support teams to ensure all project milestones and deliverables exceed client expectations.
• Mentor junior account personnel and conduct performance reviews and goal setting.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and financial reconciliations while monitoring labor costs.
• Ensure all materials adhere to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company.
• Daily client-facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 10-15% depending on client needs.
