TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role based out of Bridgewater, NJ office

Salary: $155,000 - $201,500 Annual

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of innovative Peer-to-Peer (P2P) education programs and HCP engagements.
  • Build and manage a National Speaker Bureau, including identifying, contracting, and developing KOL speakers.
  • Own the strategic planning and on-site execution of national and regional medical congresses, including booth design and content development.
  • Serve as the primary brand liaison to the Medical Communications Agency of Record.
  • Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs to ensure all programs are compliant and on-strategy.
  • Manage program spending and budget in collaboration with financial business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.
  • Experience working with nationally recognized Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external agencies.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office (Hybrid).
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 10%.

  • Experience in HCP personal and non-personal promotion.
  • Specialty disease area experience.
  • Previous sales experience.
