What you will do

• Lead primary client relationships, managing business opportunities and developing strategic agendas.
• Oversee project management lifecycles, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Mentor and supervise Associate, Account, and Senior Account Executives.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and financial reconciliations.
• Identify market opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of market access specific experience from a healthcare agency.
• Minimum 3 years of total account experience in pharmaceutical or medical communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience with daily client-facing interactions and medical/legal/regulatory reviews.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
