What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns for business units to align with growth objectives.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to create aligned messaging, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Communications, and Marketing Operations teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Create and manage marketing assets including presentations, sales collateral, and digital content.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to business unit leadership.
• Project manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives to ensure deliverables are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including 2-3 years at a senior specialist level.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives, preferably within healthcare IT.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance and presenting results.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
