What you will do
- Coordinate and execute diverse in-person and virtual events including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor engagement, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event strategies align with broader marketing objectives.
- Maintain and leverage marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign tracking.
- Oversee the creation of promotional copy and creative assets in partnership with the creative team.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure impact and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B event planning and execution.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales tools including HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience building relationships with senior executives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Teams.
- Experience with digital event management tools.
