What you will do

• Coordinate and execute diverse in-person and virtual events including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor engagement, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event strategies align with broader marketing objectives.
• Maintain and leverage marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign tracking.
• Oversee the creation of promotional copy and creative assets in partnership with the creative team.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure impact and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B event planning and execution.
• Proficiency in marketing and sales tools including HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience building relationships with senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
