What you will do

• Own paid social copy across Meta and all major platforms, focusing on conversion and performance.
• Lead direct response copy strategy, developing copy frameworks and messaging architectures.
• Write and iterate on a high volume of ad copy variants, using performance data to inform creative decisions.
• Develop scripts for UGC-style content and influencer briefs that feel native to the platform while staying true to DR principles.
• Contribute to :15 and :30 broadcast/connected TV spots when campaigns call for it.
• Partner with internal creative and growth teams to align copy strategy with audience targeting and channel objectives.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of copywriting experience, with the majority of your portfolio focused on paid social and direct response.
• Deep fluency in DR copywriting principles.
• A portfolio that leads with paid social performance work: scroll-stopping hooks, high-converting ad copy and UGC/influencer scripts.
• Demonstrated experience writing for short-form video formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfortable in a performance dashboard.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, subscription, or other non-physical product categories.
• TV or long-form video scripting experience.
