What you will do

• Own daily campaign management, optimization, and pacing on Meta for hirify.global Adult and emerging Ü Snacks brands.
• Manage and optimize millions in monthly Meta spend, focusing on prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
• Partner with Creative Strategists to concept and iterate on high-performing, conversion-driven ad creative.
• Lead structured creative testing programs to generate actionable insights across audiences and bidding.
• Scale whitelisting and creator amplification programs from briefing to performance iteration.
• Monitor performance against CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets while contributing to CRO initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on paid social experience in DTC or high-growth agencies.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager for managing complex, multi-objective campaigns.
• Proficiency with MTA platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam and understanding of incrementality testing.
• Proven experience managing large budgets and meeting efficiency targets.
• Experience with whitelisted or creator-led advertising.
• Ability to communicate performance data effectively across functions.

Nice to have

• Exposure to TikTok and a willingness to develop fluency in the platform.
• Experience with AI tools integrated into marketing workflows.
