What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for all paid acquisition channels, including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and TV.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of 10-14 channel managers, promoting a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Define investment roadmaps and prioritize budget allocation to maximize new member growth and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Brand teams to optimize GTM strategies and post-click funnel performance.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget and negotiate relationships with agencies and technology vendors.
  • Develop incrementality measurement frameworks and drive rigorous A/B testing across creative and targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (TV/OTT/CTV, SEM, Paid Social, OLV, Programmatic, Affiliate).
  • Proven track record of scaling paid and organic programs to hit aggressive acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets.
  • Must be based in Oakland, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or DTC products.
  • Familiarity with media mix modeling and incrementality testing methodologies (e.g., geo holdout, PSA testing).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
  • MBA or an equivalent analytical degree.
